COURSE AIMS

How flexible is the study schedule?
You don't need to work to any set times or dates. Take as long or little time as you need and study the course fast or slow. Work to your own pace. We recognise every student is living under different circumstances, and strive to accommodate whatever needs you have.
What support do I have while studying?
Our administration staff and academics including trained psychologists are available 5 days a week, during work hours to promptly respond to emails or calls on anything relevant to the content and aims of this course. Assignments are submitted at the end of each lesson, and returned along with feedback and answers to questions. You will be dealing with real people, not A.I. We always prioritise our students and commonly respond to communications on the same day, or within 1 working day. Assignments are commonly marked and returned within 10 days.
What is the strategy that underpins this course?
This course is focussed on increasing the your awareness of the scope of anxiety; and deepening your understanding of different ways it may be managed. Doing this course is not intended as a form of therapy, and it should not be treated as such; but for someone living with people suffering from anxiety, it can be enlightening, and helpful in making better decisions broadly or even on a day to day basis.
