Learn to create buildings in tune with the environment

Buildings vary widely - old or new, strong or weak, large or small, residential, commercial or public - and this course applies to them all.

Historically, construction rarely considered sustainability holistically. While some buildings have lasted centuries, limited knowledge or planning often led to toxic materials and other issues.

This course builds awareness of how construction choices, materials and surrounding landscapes affect people and sustainability.
